How to target groups on Text Blasts instead of segmenting by Rate Codes?
Kindly go to the “Text blast” under “Automated Messages Section”, and select your audience list.
Then click on “Select Rate Codes”.
Under Any Tracking Info, you can select any group you would like to send:
If some specific group doesn’t show up for the user, as them to share that group of audiences with you so that you can talk with engineering team to see if that can be uploaded for the user.
