How can I create chatbot responses?

Directful recommends creating chatbot responses to answer your guests' questions and let them know about your services.

Login to your Directful dashboard

Select "Chatbot responses" under "Guest Messaging".



"Responses we love" are some messages you can use as an example and modify to your service. F.e: if you offer Early check-in for additional charge, a chatbot response can cover you.



Under "Guest queries" you will find some examples to questions asked by guests.
