How can I create chatbot responses?
Directful recommends creating chatbot responses to answer your guests' questions and let them know about your services.
- Login to your Directful dashboard
- Select "Chatbot responses" under "Guest Messaging".
- "Responses we love" are some messages you can use as an example and modify to your service. F.e: if you offer Early check-in for additional charge, a chatbot response can cover you.
- Under "Guest queries" you will find some examples to questions asked by guests.
