How to Access your Directful Dashboard

We designed the SwayPay Dashboard login without passwords for two reasons: You don't have to remember any password and it's more secure this way.

Go to the Directful Login page (https://dashboard.directful.com/login) and enter your email address.

Click "Log in to the Dashboard"

You will be prompted to check your email inbox for the magic link that will be used to login to your Directful Dashboard.

In your Inbox, look for the email coming from Directful and click "SIGN IN TO DASHBOARD"

You will see this confirmation. You can close it and go back to the original window/tab where you tried logging in to Directful

You will see the hotels you have access to here. If you have access to multiple hotels, you will see them all here. Just click the hotel to enter its Dashboard.

Adding a User in your Directful Dashboard

Login to your Directful Dashboard
Click "User Management"

Click "Add user"

Enter all the details of the user you're trying to add

Click the Add User button once you've added all details.

If you want to edit the User's details simply click the Edit (✎) Icon

7 You can also manage the User's access by ticking the boxes at the left side.

How can I add Google Review list instead of Tripadvisor?

Directful automatically post selected-reviews under TripAdvisor. However, you can customize your link and post the reviews wherever you would like, including Google Review.

Log in to your Directful dashboard and go to Invite Messages under Automated Messages.

Click on "Edit Content" under Review.
Enable "Use custom review link" and enter your link.

||| It's important to shorten your link before saving it. Too long links may cause spam issues.

What is text blast?

Text blast is a feature where you can create custom audiences according to your needs and send text messages. It is one of the most converting feature Directful offers.

Audience can be selected from both past and future guests.

How you can customize the audience?

Rate codes
The date range they previously stayed / will stay
Where they booked (OTA or Direct)
Average of nightly rate of guests past stays
State/Province the guest is from
Number of times they have stayed in the hotel
Their distance from the hotel

| Customization doesn't require each of them. You can select one or as much as category you need to put the audience together.

Let's say you want to attract loyal locals to the hotel.
You may create Locals audience by limiting the audience within 100 miles reach, and include the guest stayed in your hotel before.

Or you may want to encourage the OTA guests who stayed at your hotel last summer to book directly.

How to target groups on Text Blasts instead of segmenting by Rate Codes?

Test edit Kindly go to the “Text blast” under “Automated Messages Section”, and select your audience list.

Then click on “Select Rate Codes”.

Under Any Tracking Info, you can select any group you would like to send:

If some specific group doesn’t show up for the user, as them to share that group of audiences with you so that you can talk with engineering team to see if that can be uploaded for the user.

How can I create chatbot responses?

Directful recommends creating chatbot responses to answer your guests' questions and let them know about your services.

Login to your Directful dashboard
Select "Chatbot responses" under "Guest Messaging".

"Responses we love" are some messages you can use as an example and modify to your service. F.e: if you offer Early check-in for additional charge, a chatbot response can cover you.

Under "Guest queries" you will find some examples to questions asked by guests.
